• Our mission is to protect and restore the world’s most critical ecosystems — oceans, coral reefs, forests, and deserts — and safeguard their top predators to maintain ecological balance.

Why apex predators?

Sharks, big cats, raptors, and desert carnivores regulate prey populations, maintain biodiversity, and prevent ecosystem collapse. Their loss triggers trophic cascades that harm the entire habitat.

There is a problem with predator decline

Over 100 million sharks are killed annually, primarily for fin trade and bycatch.

Forest apex predators like tigers, jaguars, and eagles are threatened by habitat loss and poaching.

Desert predators such as cheetahs, Arabian leopards, and desert foxes face rapid habitat shrinkage.

Apex predator loss leads to overpopulation of prey species, destruction of vegetation, and reef/fishery collapse.

Our Objectives

Restore & Protect Ecosystems

Restore 250 hectares of coral reefs using innovative reef structures and coral farming.

  • Protect key apex predator species through habitat protection, anti-poaching efforts, and international trade regulation advocacy.

  • Reforest 500,000 native trees in tropical and temperate forests.

  • Combat desertification across 5,000 hectares of degraded desert land.

  • Establish 5 marine protected areas with local enforcement partnerships.

Community Empowerment

Train 100 local conservation stewards in sustainable livelihoods (eco-tourism, regenerative agriculture, reef-friendly fishing).

  • Support 20 Indigenous-led conservation initiatives.

  • Develop community-led eco-tourism focused on predator conservation (e.g., shark diving, wildlife tracking).

Research

  • Reach 10 million people globally through educational campaigns.

  • Contribute to 3 major policy changes at national or international levels.

Research

Fund 20 scientific research projects on biodiversity, ecosystem resilience, and restoration techniques.

  • Fund predator population tracking projects and tagging programs for sharks, big cats, and raptors.

Who We Are

“The Apex Builder’s Foundation unites the home building industry including Home Builders, Manufacturers, Supplier and Installers with advance scientific research, protection, and coexistence strategies for apex predators and their habitats across North America and the world. Through collaborative funding, education, and data-driven conservation initiatives, we ensure resilient ecosystems where people and wildlife thrive together.”
